I can’t imagine Amazon will accept this bullshite too much longer. They’ll likely step in and clean house soon.

What's really dumb about them saying "I'll get a refund as soon as they receive it" is that they're responsible for shipping it back to themselves, as I never received it, and yet, when I return an item I have received, they issue the refund as soon as UPS scans it into their system. They don't wait until they receive it. This is some dumb shite.
