Why is Joe Burrow not running anymore?

He has consistently been one of our leading rushing yard getter in the first half of the season. What happened starting the Bama game? Our offense has looked anemic since the dual threat is gone.

A lot depends on the defense. Three of his runs against Rice went for 35 yards. Watching the Bama game I was excited to see a pass to the tight end first play, but Bama is great at taking away what you want to do. Watch some of Burrows running plays and many others, its like Bama's defensive end was told to hold the edge and take the QB, and they did. Almost everytime Burrow kept the ball the defensive end was there waiting for him. It will be interesting to see what happens against A&M. We gotta run the ball to win and they have a great run defense.

I think they’re trying to get the ball to Brousettes and Edwards Helairs for the running game. I think they want Burrows using his arm a little more to get the ball to Jeffersons and Marshalls

The hope is that Orgerons and Ensimngers have a game plan to pass the ball to open the run, perhaps with some speed with Fournettes.

You do realize the main reason they have a top tier rush defense is because their pass defense sucks.

Just because you made this thread, watch him break a 40yd TD run on Saturday.
