I've said it in a number of threads.....Roberts is going to go left in this new court. Like he did with the ACA, he's going to get more political.
He doesn't want the court viewed as a Republican stronghold.

What does Roberts care? He has life tenure, he’s beholden to two things and two things only: the Constitution and the American law all that entails not what people perceive SCOTUS to be, man that notion can suck a DICK
