So you're saying that by eating 5000 cal/day you have put on likely 10-15 pounds in fat over....what, probably 3 months? And that is undoubtedly while having a vigorous exercise routine.
And in the same breath, you're trying to argue that 4000 cal/day isn't bad? That 4000 cal/day does not contribute to being a fat arse?
Keep that routine up for 2 or 3 years. And cut back on the exercising (almost entirely, to match most of America). Then tell me that's healthy.
