If i was in the market for a house like that, and inshallah soon I will be, Bilzerian living it it previously would be a deal breaker.

yeah i get it but i think the theory is using it to show how cool it is when people are living in it to increase it's marketability
there aren't many options for people they can stick in there to show that, let alone ones with huge followings
