Ha...no. Generating bankable credits is expensive and difficult. Lots of risk and red tape. Creation of a conservation easement is just one of MANY steps to profit. And it can't just be any old conservation easement. There are lots of corps requirements, planting schedules, etc.

Can you tell me more? Is this something I should consider and how profitable could this be?

Yeah but if all you are doing is setting aside a piece of your property any developer worth a shite will be footing the bill. You're just providing the location.
