This angers me. It's absolutely fricking ridiculous. Hear people in the so-called black community bellyaching long, loud, and often looking for good role models for youth besides entertainers/athletes. You find one in Carson and THIS is how you treat him because he dared to put an (R) by his name? Really?!

Makes me sick. Carson has been a role model of mine since I was a kid. Well before I knew he had any political aspirations. His story is the definition of pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and making something of yourself despite incredibly long odds.

But nah, high school dropout LeBron fricking James is held in higher esteem among blacks than the man who rose from the ghetto to become one of the best neurosurgeons in the world. Bloody hell
