Sarms shut you down despite the claims, just not as hard to recover from. Plenty of lab test to show this, plenty.
As far as your piss being dark, that's not a sign of methylation it's a sign of not enough water. Plenty of people have taken superdrol and drank 2 gallons of water a day and had clear piss. Superdrol is double methylated.

Yeah, darker urine is about hydration and potentially kidney function. Methylation is hardest on the liver.
I did some PH's back in thebdays they were legal, but wouldn't have messed with Superdrol. That was always the weird aspect of PH's. They were legal, but designer steroids. The stuff people did to make them orally active were also usually significantly worse on the body than injectables.
I don't claim to be an expert in the area, but the prohibitions drive so much misinformation. You hear people talk about any PED like it's "steroids."
