I agree but it just always seems many other schools can throw on anyone. We seem to have always been able to run the football but lack any elite passing game sans Mett/OBJ/Juice

It will be better in 2019. This season OL injuries and losing Ingram hurt a lot. Also, CEH and Brossette are serviceable, but not upper tier RBs. Next season we add Kardell Thomas who is an instant starter at OG and Hines likely takes the other OG spot. He's going to be very good as a soph. Tyrion Davis is a big powerful RB at 6'1 230 (#6 RB) and that combo gives us the inside power run game we lacked this year. We will likely add a second either elite or very good RB. Consensus is either Emery or Cain.

We should be a much better offense simply from an OL and RB talent standpoint. It puts us somewhat back where we were with Les. We will have the talent to beat most teams, but it will require better gameplanning to beat the elite teams/defenses and based on what we've seen this season we don't have the right guy calling the shots on offense to make that happen.

Next year U....Every mother fricking year the sunshine pumpers throw this bullshite out. NEXT YEAR IT WILL BE BETTER or some fricking variation of it. I get you people want to believe something special is possible. It might be, but the last decade should have taught you by now. LSU will have burn the whole fricking thing to the ground to right this ship. You have to clean house and completely rebuild. They had a chance, and we'd be 2yrs into it. Instead they went with the easy choice, the binder. Here we are. EXACTLY IN THE SAME SPOT MILES LEFT THE PROGRAM IN. EXACTLY. Minus the short side options, and timeouts out of timeouts, etc. Nothing else has changed. Hell some will say the recruiting has gotten worse.

You're one of the delusional cheerleaders that think "Injuries" are the #1 OL problem. (So what's going to prevent OL injuries in 2019?) It's strength, technique and mainly read/assignment recognition and execution. They all have no idea what their blocking assignments are...…...
