Austin TX has been blue for a long time and it's one of the fastest growing cities in the world.
Amazon is moving to two blue cities.

California has people shitting in the streets and living in tents because nobody can afford a house due entirely to California’s absolutely idiotic laws and priorities.
I’d move there but I would automatically be reduced to poverty with no way out.
