Meaning outsourcing manufacturing/production to China and Taiwan for .25/hr?

More like front office efficiency and CDL reliant OTR transport hard looks for the bigs. Guessing but it would seem like the place to start. For all others, from grocery to retail to whatever, some will have to get smart on contracts.
