Lets face it, Louisiana doesnt have the birds it used to. I have my theories but WWIII might break out if I mention them. This isnt your dad's duck hunt anymore, the game has changed. You used to be able to sit in the same marsh for 20 straight seasons and never miss a limit but those days are over. Its a game of adaptation now. Those that sit and wait for ducks to come to them are just watching as every other duck hunter passes them by. Although not as many as the time of "When I was your age..." era, there are ducks in this state its just a matter of who is willing to work for them but because its not like what it used to be, people wont change. We were spoiled with how easy it was to kill them then but now we dont want to adapt to the game because we know how little effort it took to kill a duck.
