Serious question- what does Mickey Joseph do exactly?

The only time you ever heard his name is when the New Orleans coaches were throwing a hissy fit about Juluke getting fired (rightfully so, the guy was a cancer). But after that he has been a money pit. His title is “wide receiver coach” but it seems that Sullivan has completely taken over those duties and when mentioning wide out coaching, o talks exclusively about Sullivan... I would say recruiting but it seems we have missed on nearly every big fish we have gone after.
Why are we wasting money on this guy?

Tony Hull would have been a much better coach to grab if we wanted a guy with Nawlins connections. He may be available since the Kansas HC is stepping down.

In all honesty, Joseph is useless. He landed Jamarr Chase only because Florida fired Jim McElwain and that’s his claim to fame right now.

Is Joseph the one who plays 8 WRs equally each game except for maybe his 2 best, Chase and Marshall a little less than the others?
