i think we need a quality d-line coach. Do you think we make a change at oc? What about Sullivan?

Cregg is the only offensive coach that should be back (as bad as the line was sat nite)

Agreed.

We shouldn't monkey with the offense that much (maybe Robinson if he fails in landing Cain OR Emery), unless we're going all in. I mean, Art, Kendall and whoever they want on the offensive side.

I'm 100% serious.

Last year dL class and this years DL class are tuuurble

Meatball is basically ssiatant DL but he isn’t pulling his weight right now.

Gotta pick a WR coach. And cut one of them.

OL is trash, but Cregg is around at least another year.

Besides that E is the big question mark.

Ensminger gotta go. He specifically said he didn't want the OC position to start with. Offense hasn't been too great this year.

I would give Ensminger, and Robinson the can. Sullivan too, Cregg really hasn’t impressed.

If you promote your DL coach, who was supposed to be a great DL coach, to HC, then you shouldn't have to be worried about needing to hire a great DL coach.

wouldn’t be shocked if O doesn’t change anything for offense. This is the offense he wants.

Dennis Johnson and Tommy Robinson need some wins in March/December.

unless Steve steps down on his own, he's not out.

O got his do over last season even though he shouldn't have....and comes back with Ensminger. You're going to the admins you need 800k for Steve's buy out and another blank check for an OC? That should go over well.

You have one. He is currently on staff at Bama. Pay his arse to come home.

I think Ensminger is going to ride off into the sunset after this season.

E can be an 'observer' -- shadow staff is important.

LSU needs to do something different offensively. Look at Clemson, Okie State, Ohio State, Washington, UCF, IDK and I don't really care.

Find someone who can implement an effective passing game.

-Mickey Joseph: needs to go. He's a waste of a body on this staff. (Replacement: Cale Gundy or David Gru)
-James Cregg: looks like he has never coached before based on the o-line's play all season. (Replacement: Bill Bedenbaugh, Mason Miller, or GET Ed Warinner!)
-Steve Ensminger: hasn't score a point on Bama even when he was with Auburn in 2008.(Replacement: Kendal Briles, or Rhett Lashley)
-Jerry Sullivan: Mickey Joseph needs to go because Jerry Sullivan is basically doing his job. I would keep Jerry as an off-the-field analyst since he has great experience. Basically as an eye for Orgeron to trust the rest of this staff I'm proposing.
If Tommie Robinson doesn't recruit properly during the offseason, then he's gone (Idk that many running back coaches I would replace him with though, any suggestions?)
Tommy Moffitt needed to be gone last year. He better be out by the end of the season. We don't look like we can be physical the entire 60 minutes of a ball game.
