Sorry I should have said no track record of success

He was fired from a job 20 years ago.

Yeah I know He was a an OC in the gucking 90s.

What has he done since? Not much.

Gucking? Wtf is that???

Jk, autocorret is a b!tch.

E had very nice success as an OC. He came back home because he just wanted to coach position & recruit. My personal opinion is they had some Offensive success during the interim year and when the Canada thing fell apart he went with someone he trusted that can still put together a good game. We all know Kiffin is who O was going to bring in but the FAU job came up and squashed that. I would love to see a top flight OC brought in and get some line talent in and keep building to sum'n. It's doesn't happen overnight. Ppl better learn patience cause it's gonna be a minute before LSU is elite again.

As for now, 7-2 and should win out. At the beginning of the season did anyone think that would be the case? Give the man a minute to build sum'n. Sh!t

Not really he was good and then got fired from Texas A&M and Clemson. It’s not like he was fielding top offenses and retired a success.

And he wasn’t coaching TE because he wanted to or wanted to come home. He coached at Auburn from 2003-2008, and got demoted to TE coach on staff. Then coaches HS footballnin alabama.

That’s not retiring to your hometown.

Offenses need to be installed sometime before November. If you can’t install it in an off-season it doesn’t work in college football.

The turnover rate is too high.
