Why didn’t Kelly get fired for the death of the videographer he made climb up to film practice during a storm? Just as bad or worse than the Maryland situation.

reaction time if i had to guess.

i think the ND kid was treated immediately where the Maryland kid had been showing signs for over an hour before receiving actual medical attention.

meaning the Maryland kid could have possibly been saved had Maryland acted quicker.

Experts determined that litigation could have cost ND $30M.

Wow, such a rarity in today's sue happy world. Much respect for that family, I never knew that.

That said, Kelly is a POS. He should have never made that kid do that with a storm coming.
