Article uses some pretty loose language.
Tully Coffee is obviously the debtor for the purchase of the coffee it would be selling. Do we know whether Avenatti gave a personal guarantee of this debt?

Good lord hero hank. You are insufferable sometimes. Sometimes, even you, need to be taught a little something. Can you think of a scenario where avenatti would owe money to the supplier? This is basic business law stuff.
I think maybe in your zeal to be the educator of the board, you sometimes miss stuff.
