When he's going north/south attacking the basket quickly he's ok, when he's going east/west trying to crab walk his way to the paint help defenders can get to it. It happened multiple times against the Warriors and we're lucky Portland's bigs weren't helping as hard or it would have happened a few more times last night.

I agree that Pels would have won Denver game with Elfrid and no AD. Don't think they win Portland game.
Payton loss is big because the only other person on this roster that can handle like him is Frazier. The other huge loss is on the glass. The Pels lost their best big man rebounder and their best perimeter player rebounder in one swoop and that has killed them. If you can't rebound, you can't run. Both guys were huge losses, as was Miller's spacing.
This team is very well constructed when healthy, but you pull any of their top 7 guys out and they are vulnerable. Pull 3 out and they aren't going to beat any good teams.
