Don’t do Europe - too exhausting and tempting to overdo yourself sightseeing. Not a honeymoon place.
Caribbean- sure just pick an island with enough not beach stuff to do. Won’t occupy 10-14 days though.
You could stop in Hawaii for 5 days on the way to French Polynesia if you want to OT baller. Or similar but different go to Maldives/Seychelles with a stopover in Dubai or London/Paris to get a good mix of experiences.
10-14 days is a long time. Choose wisely or you’ll tire yourself out and be unable to enjoy the experience.

For that length of trip, Seychelles with a city stop in London sounds like an awesome honeymoon idea. Especially if you’ve never been to Europe.

Cape Town for 8-10 days with a 3 day safari in Botswana.
