There’s a lot to like in this deal. Monarch is a quality line in the Nikon family.

I got a Monarch refurbished for around $250 a few years ago. It’s held up well to the recoil of a 300 WBY and is a solid scope.

Vortex Viper have the 6.5-20 on my 6.5 creedmoor. Can’t go wrong.

i didn wana spend alot on a 6.5 creedmore i had won, and just put a burris droptine 4.5-14x42 scope on it.. and VERY pleased with it. Normally $270iah, found on ebay new for $210. Lifetime warranty, very clear, and held zero great.

not sure what he is doing with it.. but this is almost useless for hunting woods in the south. If just shooting paper, or large fields and powerlines its fine.

Minox is having a close out on one of its scopes. I’m sorry I can’t remember the exact magnification range but it’s German glass for around four hundred. I’d buy two if I could find them

Camofire has a vortex razor for 600 today if you can go up to that. Great glass

Get a good MOA scope so you can dial it in and set it properly for long shots and wind adjustments.

I just bought a Nikon Prostaff 5 with the BDC recital for my .260 Rem that I have enjoyed shooting with. I wish I would have gotten the illuminated version though. Less than $500 and seems to be worth it.
