I don't think it's even remotely possible in tiger stadium. I think the loudest recorded here is around 128-130 and that's at a peak.

I just don't think the acoustics allow for much higher than that

It's definitely possible. We got up to 130 in 2007 and that was before we had the South end zone expansion that added 10k seats and helps trap the noise in better.
