There is such a thing in the rules stating that a "post Game Review" of targeting may be conducted by NCAA and if deemed appropriate and justified suspension of Player can be reversed. (If i read the dam thing right)

I believe the rule you are quoting is for games that don’t use instant replay.

The replay review was the “appeal”.

I don’t like it either. But that’s the way the rule reads.

Again if i read it right it did not specified games with no replay. And this review is "Post Game" after the Officials and replay

Find the rule and go up 3 paragraphs. The entire section is for games without replay.

The SEC set a precedent by overturning a targeting call against Dylan Moses after the game. The call had been upheld by in-game replay.

What’s good for the golden goose is good for the gander, too.

Really? If true then that would prove a double standard.

No. Not true.

The Dylan Moses targeting call was reversed on the review on site.

quote:

#Alabama LB Dylan Moses gets flagged for targeting on this monster hit on #Louisana QB Andre Nunez, but it’s correctly overturned b/c he led with his shoulder.
