Del Monte Whole Kernel Fire-Roasted Corn
Mayonnaise With Lime Juice
Tajin Fruit and Snack Seasoning
Cotija or parmesan cheese
Fresh Cilantro
Mix together, top with goat cheese, bake.
ETA: drain the corn.
