They're spending much of that time doing school work.

There also aren’t many jobs where you have to do most of your work at home and on the weekends. You people are nuts if you think it’s 9 months and done. Also, how do I make up the 3 months of pay that someone wants to equate with an accountant if I’m working 9 and cannot get a three month job that will allow me to take 9 off every year?
