If he’s a stock broker? Nah.

But his job is to be the public and political face of hunting and fishing, and to manage the department. Not to mention hunting is fighting a PR war with people who think hunters just like to shoot shite and would love nothing more than to ban it outright.

Idaho Fish and game even discourages people in their regs from publicly posting images that are disrespectful towards animals taken. It’s not so much about him shooting few baboons, it’s about the attitude he displayed and how that may effect his ability to make decisions about the department he’s appointed to run.
