WGAS how "weather resistant" they were if they couldn' hold up in this hurricane? Obviously not enough.

So you think someone in emergency preparedness anticipates a worst case scenerio like this and just thinks "frick it,we know some of these F-22's will be grounded during a CAT 4 so lets not even think about doing some R&D to find out if hangars can be built to withstand these winds,we'll just let F-22's withstand millions and damage"
