They moved the ones they could. The ones damaged (which are repairable) were in the middle of maintenance.

Hasn’t the big complaint on the F22 been that the amount of maintenance it requires is insanely high compared to the fighters it is replacing?

This seems to back that up if they couldn’t do rush jobs to get a few of these flyable to move inland before the hurricane hit.
