I like the human aspect of baseball. Some umpires call tight, some high, some low. I think it adds to baseball seeing players adjust.
I have no problem with tight or high strike zones as long as they are consistent for both teams.

I think this would have the potential to really change the catching position. Right now there is great value to a guy who can catch borderline pitches well and make them appear to be strikes. That would become completely unnecessary.
I actually enjoy watching some of these catchers work that way, so that would be a big change.
