Mark is a cheapskate.
And Gruden has a "my guys" complex ever since people tainted his Super Bowl win by accusations:
Of cheating (As the Raiders former coach)
And winning with Dungy's guys...the team Dungy built.
He feels he's never gotten the credit as a Super Bowl winning coach so he's going to show everyone.
Blow it up, build it from the ground up and win with his hand-picked team ala Jimmy Johnson.
