I would not... I just wanted to complain. Every time I pass by it does not look like they are actually accomplishing anything. Often they are drilling and cutting crap. I assume sometimes they have to do that - one of those they have to drill it out to fill it in situations. But the other thing is I travel is twice a day and have never noticed this many issues - for months they have been going down the interstate little by little. If you look going West bound on I-12 in the left lane, it is like a damn wagon trail.

Are you driving by at night? That is when they are doing the work. Believe me, I get the representative samples (cylinders) from that job. I have to test them for compressive strength (psi). They are doing work, just at night when there is very little traffic. They pour at night and it sets by daybreak.

Yes, I travel through twice per week at around 9:00. I understand that there is less traffic than during the day, and they are doing it at the best time. However, the traffic is stopped for miles. 20-30 minutes extra each time I have to travel that way is not fun. It has been this way for months. My 5 mph observation of driving by each week seems to be they are not doing very much and are doing it slowly.
