I would not... I just wanted to complain. Every time I pass by it does not look like they are actually accomplishing anything. Often they are drilling and cutting crap. I assume sometimes they have to do that - one of those they have to drill it out to fill it in situations. But the other thing is I travel is twice a day and have never noticed this many issues - for months they have been going down the interstate little by little. If you look going West bound on I-12 in the left lane, it is like a damn wagon trail.

Are you driving by at night? That is when they are doing the work. Believe me, I get the representative samples (cylinders) from that job. I have to test them for compressive strength (psi). They are doing work, just at night when there is very little traffic. They pour at night and it sets by daybreak.
