He doesn't have the speed or the moves to be returning punts. Fair caught a ball inside the 10 and gets tripped up from behind and he had lots of grass in front of him.
He really hasn't made a play all year.

He has to be the slowest wide receiver we’ve had at LSU since we stopped running the wing T.
