I don't know where all their facilities are, but some states are above $7.25. Are you going to pay everyone the same or are you also going to increase wages the same percent for people that were already above it.

Hey Bill, you were making $11.75. now you will make $15. Jon was making $7.25 as an entry level, now he's going to make the same $15 an hour.

I have always wondered about this scenario and how it would play out. A guy/girl who put in their 5-10 years of service and in an instant the new guy is making the same hourly wage as you. Of course I'd be grateful for the raise but at the same time I'd be a little irritated. It's like those years of service just vanished.
