What if Kavanaugh really is Guilty

Innocent until proven guilty is the standard but when you are running for a position of such power as Supreme Court it is only common sense that you must first be found to be fit to serve. So would you still defend him if he is guilty?

Bump - just thinking about how all the rebuttals here are people saying he is NOT guilty but since nobody here even knows Kavanaugh that is not enough evidence to confirm his innocence. The truth will be heard I suppose, thank God we live in America and not Russia. :))

If he's guilty of gang rape, he needs to be criminally prosecuted and sent to prison.
Thing is, the left keeps saying they don't want to prosecute. They just want truth to come out. Why? Why the f would they not want criminal charges put on a rapist? It's because they know they are just making this shite up to hurt Trump's chances of getting his nominee in. They are willing to ruin an innocent life for that.
ETA: When it's proven to be bullshite, Ford should be sent to prison.
