I saw comments from the article about who keeps a calendar from 1982 and how meticulous he was. Some people keep stuff. I still have statistics from my little league years and elementary basketball from the mid 80's. Their in a storage box in my parents attic.

Yeah, I kept a lot of my baseball stats, debate briefs and research papers from HS. But the calendar is not that efficient.
I used a legal pad with 2 columns. Left column was divided into classes, assignments, and index of where notes were stored.
Right column was personal stuff ...radio station shift, call Callie for date, mow yard.
