re: What lump charcoal do you use and store that carries it.

I’ve used Cowboy, B&B and Ozark Oak. Ozark was by slowest burning, longest lasting but it was also the most expensive. B&B was pretty good and Cowboy seemed to contain a bunch of construction debris.
