Aren’t the Dems all about second chances and not letting past mistakes ruin people’s futures?. They pushed the ban the box litigation to prevent employers from asking about prior criminal convictions so that people could get hired and not be haunted by their pasts.

Guess that only applies to hopeful democratic voters.
