I think it was like dangling a carrot
The first hope was that there was really a woman out there with a gripe about Kav and it would bring her out into the open and this woman could then fade away. Like many came out against Weinstein after the first story broke.
It did not turn out like they planned and this lady has no way out now where she can save face. Then it turned into a big bluff and political fake out.
If this really happened she should say, when, where, who and what occurred.
