Tbird, I feel for you when non-sense like this is presented. We all know how truly racist this less than subtle low expectation bs is. What they are actually saying is blacks aren't capable of doing well in Algebra and that is such racist hooey. It is the same way the left tries to couch "blacks and minorities aren't capable of getting a state issued ID thus we can't have voter ID laws" in order to use this to fricking cheat at the polls. It pisses me off and I can only imagine how it has to make you feel.

It cheapens and waters down when true racism and discrimination occurs as well. I had a conversation just yesterday with a co-worker. We were talking about a back and forth joke we have going on and I made some reference to keeping some of my stuff hostage and acted like I was calling making a hostage demand in a mid-east terrorist voice. She is on the SJW side of things and she wound up saying what I said was racist...wrong thing to say to me. I immediately shot back that Islam was not a race and that what she said is the exact reason that word has been so cheapened that it means basically nothing these days.

Eventually the wolf comes...but good luck getting any help with all the false alerts nowadays.

Exactly. Especially since my mom has a math degree from Michigan, and one of my sisters is a semester away from earning her math degree at Baylor. We all grew up loving mathematics--the very suggestion that an algebraic requirement is a "civil rights issue" makes me want to spit in abject derision irl
