Why does anyone have any confidence in Dobbs? Is he even scheduled to visit?

I dont think he has anything scheduled yet, but he still wants to try to visit. I don't know that anyone is confident we land him, but he's maintaining contact and wants to come on an OV, so as long as that door is open we are giving it our best shot.
