Auburn linemen used backs of LSU linemen for leverage on winning FG

At least three Auburn linemen used thebacks of LSU linemen for leverage on the game winning field goal. No penalty was called but isn't that a violation?
I know the Ronnie Prude penalty rule has been rescided but he used his own teammates for leverage. Isn't it a personal foul to leverage on the offense?

Or ducks sake. He drilled the field goal and we won, get a life.

Look fricking arse hole I am asking about the rule regardless of the result. If you cannot make a positive contribution then stay off the goddamned board. Most of us are sick of fricking arse holes like you who contribute nothing.

Not much has been said about this. That should have been a easy call by the refs. My guess it was intentional by Auburn. High risk and high reward. In this case if they would have blocked the attempt it would have stood as there was no flag on the play. That would have majorly sucked

They probably figured he would make it and had nothing to lose by using leverage and hoped no call if that is th e rule.

No need to add insult to injury. Sure, they committed the penalties, but we nailed the FG. Let the game be finished.

I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure that that rule was instituted that year that we played Auburn, called one time in that year(on Ronnie Prude no less), and then recalled after the season giving us the only SEC school penalized ever for that specific rule. I could be wrong but am not looking it up bc I'm not wrong

Just re-watched it. Thought the Auburn guy broke his neck when he landed. Ouch

You are right and no one including the announcers or the post game cbs crew knew what the call was at least 20 minutes after the game was over. I remember Saban looking around confused ( on time he truly had no idea what happened in a ball game) my dad was at the game and after previous trips that were fun leaving that one was ugly.
