He's got double digit carries once in 3 games. He had FOUR carries on Saturday.

Ridiculously underutilized.

He has a groin injury that he's been dealing with since the spring. That's been the reason for the low carries. I believe he missed the spring game for the same injury.

No offense, but you just did exactly what I said Georgia would do...pretend it isn't an issue (dishonestly)

Here is a link to a Georgia site with a quote from Smart saying the opposite of what you just said:

Kirby Smart Explains Lack Of Carries For UGA RB D'Andre Swift

People are already asking questions. They aren't getting a workload that's reasonable. Had Zamir White not been injured it would be even worse. And, Cook is just sitting there not playing as well.

Listen, the kid is going to do what he wants to do. And, if he wants Georgia, more power to him.

But, we don't have to pretend that the depth chart is a non issue and that he's going to be guaranteed snaps and carries. That's not the case.

On another note, what is behind the long list of major RB injuries at Georgia? Is it the turf? Do they just not cut it as short as most places? Is it related to usage?

It seems like every top RB out of Georgia has torn his ACL since Garrison Hearst.
