Can you imagine the SJWs if a state or municipality tried to pass that law?

We already can't have voter ID laws because minorities can't go get a free state issued photo ID. Imagine threatening a poor person with a $1000 fine when they have no way to evacuate. You want to have these poor people forced to walk for miles carrying all of their important possessions to avoid a fine that they can't afford?

Ok no fine. Jail time. Free meals and a dry bed. Seems fair.

Well they can always take the bus like they take it for everything else. If you’re too stupid to find a means of transportation out of the path of a hurricane then maybe you’re time is up.
