You can tell that Wade has thought about and is on top of every detail of his program. Nothing in his basketball program is done haphazardly. There is always a set objective and a detailed plan on how to get it done. All one has to do is listen to him speak (and he speaks everywhere) to understand how detailed oriented he his.
