Its started to go back downhill again since they quit turning a blind eye to open containers. It was a great spot to bar hop a couple years ago, but its lost its luster.
Still, Happys and Boudreaux&Thibedeaux's are still good places to hang out.
Oh, and don't go to City Bar, unless you're a tool.
