answered your own question. The same reason they post countless pics of that same kid doing everything from napping, to eating dinner and all the other stuff that literally every other kid on planet earth does.....for attention and likes.

This board likes to throw around the term mental illness a lot.... this is the kinda shite that qualifies IMO
