Looks like this fund isn’t too good and it’s an A-share so you pay/paid an upfront sales charge.
If you’re attempting to put it all on red pick an individual stock or an etf.
Small account may have a custodial fee too. Make sure you aren’t paying $50/yr. just to hold it there.
As to the other posters point, if you’ve had the account less than 2 years, it’s a 25% penalty if you move it to anything besides another SIMPLE IRA.
