I’ve had them release them on the road fronting my 8 acres (my house is in the back corner of the property) and the dogs ran the deer (that I provide with additional corn nourishment) off my land back into the national forest that backs my land. My little dog was out in the yard at the time cutting up at them when they came through, so I walked out to the highway to see if any trucks were out there, and sure enough, they were just sitting there chilling. I flagged the closest guy to me to walk over and talk and he immediately pulled the bullshite “We’s just trying to round em up” routine. Called the tags into green jeans, who’s not a big fan of road hunters and haven’t seen them again.
