There isn’t a good answer. I’ve had guns put in my face and public roads blocked up when I confronted trespassers to keep me boxed in.
After that happens and you get mad enough, dogs begin to show up in places like pounds and tracking collars on foam floating down rivers.
You can also tie the dogs up on side of the road to a tree and call game wardens to stake out what happens next

Find out if the land they are leasing belongs to a timber company. Most timber companies only allow dog hunting on their land if the club is grandfathered in. I can almost promise you if you are vigilant with the timber company you will get results. Call the timber company and ask to speak to the person in charge of hunting leases. Most of theses guys are nice people and very helpful. Don't be discouraged if they are difficult to contact. Try to call first thing in the morning.

Probably. I have no problem with dog hunting or if their dogs got on us every now and then by accident. They are flagrant about it
