Yeah, random arse poster Lnchbox on a website called TigerDroppings knows more than GM’s own market research 
Damn near evey article about GM’s re-org when they dropped Pontiac and Saturn talked about the reason that GMC was retained was that the typical buyer would not buy a Chevrolet because they wanted something different.
But I’m sure you know the real reason. Why is GMC still around after Pontiac, Olds, Hummer, Saturn, and Saab were killed? Why didn’t GM just start selling Chevy trucks at Buick and Cadillac dealerships and kill GMC? Please enlighten us.
